On-line through Zoom, https://zoom.us/j/727501047. (you will need a password - text us at 636 887 5342 for the password) join us for the Monday April 6th Lamorinda Drum Circle from Noon - 1 pm. Music Therapists Kathy Quain and Steve Hardy will co-host this on-line event. You can join from any where and we'll teach you light body percussion if you don't have a drum.

We will use Zoom for the April 6 drum circle with these precautions: 1) avoid the chat feature within zoom 2) if someone chats you a link within Zoom, don't click on it 3) we encourage you to use your phone vs computer to log into Zoom 4) use headphones if possible as this may make the sound better 5) You will need a PASSWORD which makes our meeting more private and safe - text us at 636 887 5342 for the password.

We’ll warm up with lightly playing as people arrive then center with deep breathing before drumming more. All are welcome including beginners to advanced. Kathy will review drumming essentials, favorite rhythms and more. Please share this info with your friends - No experience necessary!$10 - $20 suggested donation. Participants will be able to send an e-payment (Zelle is preferred to kathy@musicfortherapy.com) or mail a check after the event.
